All orders are shipped C.O.D. Money order or major credit card. If you would like to apply for terms please fill out our credit application and fax it to us. Please allow 7 - 10 days to review your application.
There is a $35.00 fee each time a check is returned, which will be added to your next order. A returned check will cause your account to be placed on C.O.D. money order status.

If it is verified a WILLIAMS TRADING CO. and MUFFS & CUFFS customer advertises a vendor-branded product below the MAP policy price, they will no longer be eligible to purchase or resell that branded-product line. Upon the terms and conditions of our appointed distribution agreements, we require our re-sellers to execute a MAP minimum advertising price policy agreement for all participating resellers.

For these products, Muffs & Cuffs internet and brick and mortar re-sellers cannot create or sell products listings without prior approval from the respective brands in which we hold appointed distribution agreements.

Return Goods Customer Service RMA Request Form
RETURNED GOODS RMA Process - As we strive to provide the best customer service, we have developed an improved returns process. This will expedite the process as well as ensure proper credits are given for merchandise returned. All return requests should be processed at the following link. http://goo.gl/forms/fsS4Eq10gM
STEP 1: Submit a list of items you wish to return. Include Customer #, item #, quantity and reason for return. (Defective, damaged, shipping error) For example - PD250111 x 4 defective(Item numbers can be found on the back of most boxes or near the UPC).If you have multiple accounts, please make sure customer account # matches the items purchased in order to receive proper credit. Our system verifies whether an item has been purchased by the customer requesting the credit. (This list must be submitted online for approval)
STEP 2: A response will be sent back of approved items that will be credited. (Items that are older than 90 days or not purchased from Williams Trading will not be credited.) Any unapproved items returned will be destroyed unless you arrange for return shipping.
STEP 3 RMA # will be issued for the approved items after the list is verified. Please put your RMA # on your return box to expedite the process. Call tags (UPS) cost will be charged back against the credit issued. Please ship your return box via UPS or USPS. Once the return is shipped back to Williams and processed, a credit memo will be sent via mail or e-mail.
Damages - Shortage
All product leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. All concealed damage or short shipments must be reported to Williams Trading Co. within 48 hours of receipt of goods. If you receive a shipment with exterior damage please notify the carrier immediately and the driver notes the damage. Please save all original packaging and cartons for driver inspection. Contact your sales rep with the claim number.
Stock Balancing - all stock balancing requests must be submitted for advance approval and returned at dealer’s shipping expense. Please note we only accept stock balances after 3 months from shipment up to a total of 6 month period. All Stock Balance returns require a 20% restocking fee. All product must be in its original packaging with no markings or pricing stickers. Please use this digital form to request your RMA for stock balance. All Seasonal Items (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Halloween), Closeout, Discontinued and Special Kits items are considered final sale items and no credit will be approved.
Williams Trading will be closed the following holidays during the calendar year: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day. If one of these holidays fall on a Saturday, we will honor the holiday on Friday, the day before. If one of these holidays falls on a Sunday, we will honor the holiday on Monday, the next day. Also our Sunday AM warehouse shift might change during a holiday. Example is Memorial and Labor day we will not work Sunday but will have a warehouse staff working Monday. Notification will be emailed and posted prior to each holiday of our working schedule or any other changes.

Effective August 30th, 2018 California’s Proposition 65 warning regulations are changing As part of our Proposition 65 compliance program, a limited number of our products offered by various vendors will bear Proposition 65 warnings in compliance with the new regulations marked on the consumer packaging.
To view the most complete list of vendors, please click on the vendor lists below to read the notification letter and product lists that will now bear the Prop 65 labeling. This list reflects the most current list from our vendor partners and will be updated in the future.
These listed products have the following new “short-form” Proposition 65 warning on the product label:

If you sell any of these listed products on your website, you must also provide a warning to all California purchasers. The warning may be provided by including the warning on the product display page, by a clearly marked hyperlink using the word “WARNING” on the product display page, or by otherwise prominently displaying the warning to the purchaser prior to the purchaser completing the purchase. (Cal. Code Regs., tit. 27, § 25602(b).) The warning should be identical to and use the same Proposition 65 warning language that is on each vendors individual warning labels.
It is your responsibility to make sure that your website is in compliance with the new Proposition 65 warning requirements for internet sales. You may want to consult with your own legal counsel, as needed, to determine whether your website complies with the new regulatory requirements for Proposition 65 warnings.
